ASRC Federal Holding Company Security Assistant in Moorestown, New Jersey

ASRC Federal is seeking a Security Assistant to sit in our Moorestown, NJ office. This individual shall perform all tasks required to successfully generate case files in support of the investigation of an applicant's suitability for employment with their corporate security office.

Responsibilities:

  • This position requires the ability to work a 3:00pm to 11:00pm work schedule.

  • Perform duties such as taking photographs, producing finished badges, issuing card key access and office keys, fingerprinting, and tracking of badges, keys and other security related items.

  • Processes the acquisition of security clearances and coordinates the return of security badges.

  • Provide entries into existing computer databases for access and information verification of biographical and security data.

  • Schedule security training sessions.

  • Maintains database records and hardcopy files including those used to track safety and security data.

  • Assist with property inventories.

  • Answer phones and take action accordingly.

  • Processes visitor requests for access to high security facilities.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects.

  • Prepare and maintain classified documents in either hard copy or computerized formats.

  • Assist with invoice processing and recordkeeping.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be high school graduate.

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office Applications experience.

  • Experience with administrative paper work including records maintenance.

  • 1+ years of experience managing multiple projects and staying organized.

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (Active Secret clearance preferred)

  • Ability to work a 3:00pm to 11:00pm schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relevant security clearance procedures and protocols.
