Lockheed Martin Infrastructure Development Env Asc Mgr in Moorestown, New Jersey

Description: The first line manager of the Development Infrastructure Systems Integration engineering team will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all engineering Infrastructure Development Environments and Information Systems. The Manager is responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation and sustainment of the complex RMS computing infrastructure and associated environments that support multiple program(s) and customer's needs within RMS and across business areas from proposal phase through the design, analysis, and development phase. Ability to align IT technologies to business strategies. Duties include providing adequate staffing and training/skill/knowledge base for ensuring the successful operation and optimization of the development infrastructure; providing Engineering Tools, Processes, and Measures to ensure Program Operation and Engineering development/execution; drive Tools Integration and Process Automation towards both cost savings, and engineering efficiencies in a stable and available environment; and keeping the team, upper management, Chief Engineer org, and Program Management informed of any and all issues that impact execution. Special assignments as assigned.

We are seeking individuals who have experience:

•Managing employee relations including personnel management, problem resolution and experience leading mixed teams consisting of full time employees and sub-contractors.

• High desire to provide customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated ability to partner across the organization to achieve results.

• Strong communication, organization, coordination, integration, and planning skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent Science/Technical degree.

• System Engineering, Information Technology, or similar technical Background

• Experience with leading Systems Engineering – IT, Hardware/Software Engineering, or Systems Integration teams.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level.

Desired Skills:

• IWSS and RMS IT infrastructure systems and technologies.

• Control Account Management (CAM) experience.

• Program Financial Measurements / Cost Management and reporting experience. Earned Value Management (EVM).

• IT System Architecture, Design, Integration, and test expertise.

• Working knowledge of Information Technology processes, tools, and technologies.

• Understanding of Systems Engineering processes for all phases all phases of the engineering process.

• Systems and/or Software Engineering experience

• CAM Certification or LM PM Certified, PMI Certified or working toward certification

• Demonstrated ability through work experience, setting expectations (with all levels)

• Demonstrated and recognized for Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and skills

• Ability to work through problems while considering impacts to cost, schedule, and technical impacts

• Ability to think strategically to help shape the future

• Strong oral & written communication

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
