What’s the Job?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Division Manager or Site Manager. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Delegate and dispatch work orders and emergency service requests as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to the division manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date.

What’s Needed?

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
