Printing company seeks a full-time experienced bookkeeper / office manager / executive assistant. Candidate will organize and coordinate administrative duties associated with all aspects of bookkeeping, such as accounts payable/receivable and journal entries. Other responsibilities will include answering telephones, customer service and light human resources duties. Candidate will be expected to maintain high levels of organization and effectiveness by providing general administrative support when needed. Experience as a bookkeeper a must. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability.
-Proven experience as a bookkeeper - Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures - Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (MS Word, Outlook & Excel) a must - Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. postal machines, copiers & printers) = Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - Attention to detail is critical - Strong organizational skills - High school degree or higher and additional qualification as a bookkeeper a plus
