DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Technology Solutions Lead will possess a keen operational awareness and a solutions-oriented mindset. This role involves maintaining existing business systems while simultaneously leading the team in the evaluation, development, and evolution of modern solution offerings to drive for efficiency and workforce productivity. This will be achieved by leveraging top-tier technology platforms and third-party consulting capabilities.

The Technology Solutions Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring transformational outcomes for our business. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to our evolving technological landscape and drive our business toward success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities * The Technology Solutions Lead will support a diverse portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft365, SharePoint, Power Platform (including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPages, PowerBI), Co-Pilot Studio, as well as a few commercial and custom solutions. * Define, Develop, and Enhance: Utilize insights from our business partners, external market analysis, and your own experience to define, develop, and enhance new and existing solutions. * Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to break down, align, and document the value proposition and top use cases. Collaborate with matrix teams to drive alignment and understanding of the solution and the collective roadmap. * Management: Orchestrate and manage the solution lifecycle from inception to business planning through solution roadmap. * Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics to stakeholders, informing the organization on the status of multiple efforts, often being done in parallel. * Visionary Leadership: Operate as a visionary, collaborating across key solution areas to integrate repeatable architecture and outcomes. * Design and Prototyping: Design and prototype solutions while documenting ROI. * Adoption and Integration: Adopt and integrate new, best-of-breed cloud technology including Azure OpenAI & AI Studio, and Microsoft Fabric to evolve and grow Artificial Intelligence capabilities. * Curiosity and Ambition: Show a strong desire to delve head-first into AI/ML Development & Engineering, Data-Driven Automation, Robotic Process Automation, among others.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and growth. Our goal is to bring together business acumen with full-stack technical know-how to develop innovative solutions for our businesses most complex challenges.

Experience * A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing technology solutions is required. This should include strong experience with M365/SharePoint/Power Platform, with a specific emphasis on SharePoint.

Education * A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business field.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Position requires US Citizenship * Technical Skills: Proficiency in supporting .NET applications, ASP.NET, and Apache Tomcat is necessary. The candidate should be proficient with programming/scripting languages including C#, Java/JavaScript, JSON, and Powershell. Strong SQL skills and knowledge in MS SQL Database development are also required. * Software Development: At least 5 years of software application development experience is required, along with a working knowledge of various software development life cycles (agile, waterfall, iterative). * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate should also possess strong resentation skills and feel comfortable working directly with business partners at all levels of the organization. * Prioritization and Independence: The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently, as well as thrive in a fast-paced, multiple-priority, team environment. * Motivation and Orientation: A motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused individual with a clear talent for developing solutions while adhering to best practices. * Agile Experience: Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Problem Solving: The ability to breakdown complex problems into simple, customer-focused solutions. * Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making, with a relentless focus on business outcomes. * Data-Driven Approach: A focus on data-driven approaches to problem-solving and an accelerated learning process to validate solutions. * Comfort with Ambiguity: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in an iterative and incremental way. * Balancing Inputs: The ability to consistently balance many different inputs and explain trade-offs in decisions and their outcomes. * Understanding of Principles: A general understanding of automation principles, DevOps, and Lean thinking.

Workplace Flexibility The position is remote, with strong preference made to candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Compensation The approximate compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
