Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is currently seeking an Operations Excellence Technology Analyst. The position will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is one of the largest and most experienced teams of power professionals in the industry. The Operations Technology Analyst will be tasked with the creation and ownership of EESS Supply Chain digital tools. This position will be focused on data engineering to analyze and drive action to achieve divisional cost out targets. This position will also be tasked with partnering with Supply Chain Management (SCM) Digital Tools team to expand and scale existing SCM Tools to better serve EESS Team.

The Operations Technology Analyst is responsible for maintenance and improvement of 'OPEX - SCM' Power BI Dashboard. This position will partner closely with Divisional Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team and Operations Team to build out SCM Process KPI's to ensure standard process and high-quality data. This position will also be responsible for identifying Cost Out Opportunities through data analysis and feedback from Operations/SCM Teams. Lastly this team member will be accountable for fostering a relationship with Corporate Supply Chain Management (SCM) Digital Tools team to ensure we can take advantage of available tools.

Essential functions of this role include:

• Maintains, analyzes and reports accurate and up-to-date data for assigned Supply Chain Management processes/programs to ensure Operations personnel and Business Leaders have the information they require for decision-making including, but not limited to:

• OPEX - Supply Chain Management (SCM) Dashboard

• OPEX - Cost Out

• Develop key Direct Material Cost Out Program measurement systems

• Support key Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Process improvements through data analysis and measurement system creation

• Collaborates with operational stakeholders and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team to identify Direct Material Cost Out Opportunities

• Supports ad hoc Quality and SCM team functions as needed to meet business demands

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institute

• Minimum three (3) years of relative work experience in data analysis

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA or Boothwyn, PA will be considered.

• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.

• Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain principles

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
