Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Marketing Analyst.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Eaton Corporation has an opening for an Engineering Services Marketing Analyst within the Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESSD) Product Line team.

Responsibilities will include leading assigned commercial marketing activities and segment growth programs for EESS' core product offerings. Interact with product lines and marketing managers to develop and support go to market strategies/activities and serve as the marketing trusted advisor to the sales teams’ various sales teams, subject matter experts, and other divisional functions.

In this position you will;

  • Develop and lead assigned commercial marketing activities and segment growth programs for EESS' core product offerings (Power Systems Engineering and Control, Power Systems Automation, Switchgear Modernization and Field Services).

  • Serve as primary point of contact / trusted advisor with sales (NAS and EESS), channel, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute growth program strategies and marketing campaigns.

  • Support product management in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including lead generation, attachment, NFPA 70B, and master services agreements to support the growth of EESS.

  • Support channel and sales strategies to align with the overall strategic plan objectives (leading the EESS sales council, sales and channel training, and communications.

  • Act as a division liaison with other Eaton divisions, to drive EESS voice of customer into marketing initiatives and conferences, provide input into strategic planning and product road mapping.

  • Facilitate sales operations reviews and report outs with the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis in support of EBS framework.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in electrical services industry or related industries ,or providing marketing communications support, sales or organizing and driving channel programs, or some combination of all.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with market analysis, digital marketing, selling tools, and new product launches.

  • Previous Sales Experience with industrial or utility customers.

• Must be able to travel up to 20%

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills required.

• Ability and experience leading and managing marketing programs with product lines.

• Ability and experience organizing and implementing large programs within assigned budget and time deadline.

• Ability to work effectively and communicate with different levels across the organization.

• Must demonstrate working knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment and power systems.

• Proven track record of effective organizational skills and support multiple projects simultaneously.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft 0365 applications.

• Prior experience in developing marketing messaging and programs and sales strategies.

• Demonstrated creativity and drive for results.
