We are looking a Finance Intern for the new mRNA Business Unit in Monza.

This new structure is a part of ATx Division (Advance Technology) inside the DSD legacy.

You will participate in the general Finance Life of the mRNA site collaborating with all the external and internal functions to support the business.

Supporting the Finance Leader, you will be a Finance Business Partner for the Entire mRNA BU providing the support to reach the Company Targets

The position reports to the Actual Sr. Financial Analyst , provides business partnership to our commercial and development functions leaders ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting.

The candidate will be part of mRNA finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes all FP&A (Planning, Analysis & Reporting) activities to execute financial goals and initiatives to support a growing organization.

Overview on Finance Topics to be supported:

  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly Forecast processes;

  • Cost saving initiatives and discussions;

  • PPI projects implementation (developing the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financials analysis to management);

  • Period-end closure activities (report and analyze P&L results and other key metrics of the business unit);

  • Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR);

  • Partnership with the other Business Units finance representatives, with project managers, manufacturing and other functional areas to develop and track operational performance;

  • Ad-hoc analysis as required by Finance ATx Team on near-term business decisions and update dashboards and other business intelligence tools;

  • Warehouse quarterly analysis;

  • CapEX visibility and management approach

As a member of the FP&A team, this experienced Finance Manager will create significant value for the dedicated Business Unit, helping to drive growth, improve productivity reducing complexity and improving transparency for the results of the division.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer, Finance or Economics

  • No experience required (short experiences will be considered a plus)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specially Excell)

  • Having passions and being curious to business with high level of energy

  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels

  • Personality: Attention to Detail, Planning Skills, Interpersonal Skills

  • Fluent English is mandatory

  • Limited travel involved, less than 10% of total time

  • PLUS: System knowledge (SAP, HFM, Hyperion) is a value added
