L’ingénieur/spécialiste en ingénierie, utilités d’usine est responsable de la conception, de la planification, de la gestion, de l’installation, de la mise en service et de la documentation des projets impliquant de nouveaux équipements pharmaceutiques, des salles blanches et des systèmes utilitaires dans un environnement de réglementation BPF et FDA..

Responsabilités et taches principales

  • Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des systèmes utilitaires dans la fabrication pharmaceutique ;

  • Prépare la portée des travaux et les documents d’appel d’offres pour la fabrication et l’installation des systèmes ;

  • Responsable de la gestion des projets de mise à niveau à l’appui des systèmes existants pour les services publics, les systèmes CVC et la réfrigération ;

  • Au cours de l’exécution de projets, suivre les procédures Grifols établies pour la documentation d’ingénierie pharmaceutique ;

  • Gérer les projets en temps opportun et ne manière rentable ;

  • Tâches supplémentaires assignées/requises.

Qualifications requises

  • B. Sc en génie mécanique ;

  • Cinq (5) années d'expérience en mécanique en milieu industriel ;

  • Familiarité avec les bonnes pratiques et normes d'ingénierie généralement acceptées ;

  • Familiarité avec les codes et normes locaux et nationaux ;

  • Connaissance des systèmes mécaniques, y compris les systèmes de CVC, de réfrigération et réfrigération et de services publics généraux ;

  • Capacité de conception AutoCAD ;

  • Pouvoir soulever, pousser/tirer 50 lbs ;

  • Bilingue français et anglais. L'anglais est requis pour ce poste (dessins et documentation échangés et discutés avec d'autres équipes Grifols basées au Québec et à l'extérieur du Canada (Espagne, USA).

The Utilities Engineer / Engineering Specialist is responsible for designing, planning, managing, installing, commissioning and documenting projects involving new pharmaceutical equipment, clean room and utility systems in a GMP FDA regulating environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement utilities systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Prepare Scope of Work and bid documents for systems fabrication and installation.

  • Responsible for managing upgrade projects in support of existing systems for utilities, HVAC and refrigeration systems.

  • In the course of executing projects, follow the established Grifols procedures for pharmaceutical engineering documentation.

  • Manage projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Additional duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications required :

  • B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Five (5) years of experience in mechanical in an industrial environment.

  • Familiarity with generally accepted good engineering practices and standards.

  • Familiarity with local and national codes and standards.

  • In depth knowledge of utility and refrigeration systems, design and operation.

  • Knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, refrigeration and general utility systems.

  • AutoCAD drawing capability.

  • Must be able to lift, push / pull 50lbs.

  • Bilingual French and English. English is required for this position (drawings and documentation exchanged and discussed with other Grifols Teams based out of Québec and out of Canada (Spain, USA).
