Overview

The Department of Labor is seeking a motivated individual to provide technical, supervisory, and administrative support for the Vermont Department of Labor\'s Unemployment Insurance Call Center. This involves supervising day-to-day operations, oversight of claims intake, special programs, creating and updating unit procedures, along with participating in the development, refinement, and implementation of automated systems.

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed in standard office setting. Good human relations skills are needed to deal with upset or irate employers and claimants. Occasional travel may be required for which private means of transportation must be available.
