Job Description:

Job Summary:

CareLinx is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to assist with CareLinx’s Payer Operations line of business. CareLinx is a healthcare technology platform that connects families with non-medical, in-home caregivers, and the Enrollment Specialist position is inbound call center focused to provide support and guidance to members and families who call in with questions or to complete the CareLinx enrollment process. This includes answering benefit specific questions, developing rapport and building confidence in the services that CareLinx can provide, gathering demographic information and individual preferences, and working through the ADL calculator to complete the member’s profile. This position is also responsible for launching the caregiver search and setting up the member with a dedicated Care Advisor who will guide them through the caregiver search journey.

You need to love interacting with people and be committed to providing stellar customer service. You should also be a team player and be willing to learn about CareLinx’s health plan partners. Essential Job Functions:

  • Intake new families and help them enroll in the specific health plan program by identifying home care needs and caregiver preferences

  • Provide support to families who contact the call center with questions and ensure overall satisfaction, 1st call resolution and exceptional member experience

  • Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system

  • Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Some college-level coursework is preferred

  • Six months experience in a customer service role or a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service environment, required

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment or a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment, preferred

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
