SAN JUAN COUNTY Seasonal Laborer in MONTICELLO, Utah
General Purpose
This is a seasonal position for individuals that are semi-skilled requiring heavy manual labor. Works under the direction of the Road Operations Manager or under other assigned personnel.

Essential Functions
Will operate and maintain light duty vehicles, chain saws, shovels and various mechanized and non-mechanized hand tools.
Assists with installing cattle guards and culverts.
Assists with patching roads, filling cracks in asphalt roads and clearing rocks off of roadways.
Performs any and all related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Utah driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Must be able to report for work on time and to perform the duties of the job for the entire workday.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Has the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Has some knowledge in the operation of hand and portable equipment.
Has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
