Performance standards (will be satisfactorily performed when) 1. Inspect products for defects in electrical functionality 2. Inspect products for any esthetic defects in the products caused by poor workmanship or design. 3. Verify that all connections are tight. 4. Inspect products for mechanical function defects: Fit, form, function. 5. Verify product assembly wiring is up to corporate standards and matches wiring schematic 6. Must be able to work with minimal supervision 7. Must be able to identify all of the company s parts and products. 8. Must be able to operate and understand various types of basic test equipment. 9. Help out and work in other areas of the company as the needs arise and as directed by your supervisor. 10. Must have a basic knowledge of electronics and be able to read wiring diagrams. 11. Coordinate product with the correct decals, decal information, instructions and manual.
