Twin City Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of quality control final assembly. Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the quality control final assembly: Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Duties of the quality control final assembly: Inspect products for electrical functionality and aesthetic defects caused by poor workmanship or design. Verify tight connections and inspect for mechanical function defects (fit, form, function). Ensure product assembly wiring meets corporate standards and matches wiring schematics. Work with minimal supervision and identify all company parts and products. Operate various basic test equipment. Assist in other areas of the company as needed and directed by the supervisor. Have a basic knowledge of electronics and read wiring diagrams. Coordinate product information with the correct decals, instructions, and manuals. Quality control procedures: Follow QC procedures to verify product accuracy. Update QC procedures through written or verbal communication to design-engineering. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to verify quality and reliability. Verify testing is done to the latest revision of design and procedure. Recommend modifications to existing assembly procedures for optimum quality. Requirements of the quality control final assembly: Walking or standing 80% of the workday. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Computer entry 50% of the time. Additional Information: Apply today!
