Job Title – Project Administrator

Location – Montgomery, AL, on-site.

What You Will Do

  • Supports Senior Project Analyst

  • Communicate with project sites on a weekly or monthly basis to obtain relevant and updated information

  • Researches and reviews project documentation to extract information for analysis

  • Tracking/Trending of workforce data in real-time

  • Creating and maintaining subject matter folders for projects/issues

  • Assistance in the development of schedule fragnets and supporting documentation

  • Developing data analytic tools such as Workforce Loading Curves, Commodities projections, chronologies time-lines, etc. on a weekly/monthly schedule.

  • Development of trending in data associated with forensic collection

  • Review of analytical tools to identify corresponding trends that match up (in time) with identified impacts and trends

  • Developing databases/spreadsheets for cross-comparison of information

  • Generate graphic depictions and representations of forensic data and trends such as 45-degree charts (VISIO, Primavera (P6), “Measels” charts, Powerpoint presentations)

  • Performs general administrative support including: scanning, creating/maintaining general files, copying, and filing as needed

  • Works on special projects for the governmental department and performs additional duties per supervisor’s direction

  • Working Conditions – Office setting, occasional travel to job sites may be required. Walking, standing, extensive time sitting, typing, writing, and reading

  • Reporting Structure – Senior Project Analyst

What We Expect

Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and two years experience with administrative/clerical tasks required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills, and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Prior experience with construction Project Management software and/or Primavera preferred.

While the salary range is typically between $41,708 - $70,962 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
