Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and cleaning of air duct systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of air duct systems in residential properties

  • Inspect and identify any issues or damage in the air ducts

  • Use specialized equipment to remove dust, dirt, and other contaminants

  • Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of air duct systems

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions

  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • Experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance (5 years+)

  • General Liability Preferred
