Position Summary:

Work to support the Sr Advertising Supervisor in order to execute and follow up on the different yearly marketing campaigns and programs: developing the ExperTips program, excecuting advertising strategies and ensuring to communicate the right message to customers. The position acts as a liason with both the creative agency and Merchandasising teams to ensure that the flow of information in the advertising process is uninterrupted and clear.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every marketing work is delivered on time and correctly through daily interaction and follow up with creative agency.

  • Support Sr Advertising Supervisor while executing and follow up with suppliers, merchandises, operations teams, and other related departments, developing branded and promotional contents and communicating benefits; as well as the communication of stores through different channels (printing, digital and mass media).

  • Produce marketing contents as Expertips and other initiatives to increase Brand Awareness with our customers, featuring our own brands and key vendors.

  • Responsible of create, validate and upgrade selling lines and promotional content for all marketing materials.

  • Work as an integrated team to create communication strategies, advertising campaigns and promotional tactics.

  • Follow up to quotes and budget.

    Position Requirements:

    Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

    Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, Business

    Years of Experience: Three to five years.

    Type of Experience: Coordination and planning of marketing annual plans, administration of budgets, people and time management. "Account Executive" in advertising agency.

    Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Strong language skills, capable of synthesize technical data into a easy to understand communication

    Other/Preferred:"Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues and think outside the box, English. Basic experience in advertising pre-, pro- and/or post-production processes.
