ROL Y RESPONSABILIDADES RELACIONADAS CON LA GARANTÍA DE CALIDAD Y SEGURIDAD

● Aplicar las mejores prácticas de seguridad y el uso adecuado del equipo de protección personal.

● Aplicar las mejores prácticas de seguridad alimentaria en las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo realizadas.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

● Asegurarse de ejecutar todas las rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo (diario, semanal, mensual, anual o solicitado).

● Asegurar el registro adecuado de las órdenes de trabajo preventivo en Máximo para mantenimiento programado y no programado.

● Preparar y solicitar inventario de repuestos (BOM) para los activos asignados.

● Preparar y reemplazar los componentes defectuosos según sea necesario.

● Solicitar el material requerido para ser utilizado en las actividades de mantenimiento.

● Monitorear el funcionamiento de la maquinaria para garantizar que esté trabajando correctamente (mejorar la eficiencia general).

● Recopilar planos, manuales y otros documentos necesarios para el mantenimiento preventivo.

● Realizar trabajos de emergencia y registrar en el sistema Máximo.

● Seguir y mantener actualizadas las instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos.

● Participar en el análisis de causa raíz de las principales fallas en el activo asignado.

● Registrar todo el consumo de repuestos del almacén de repuestos de mantenimiento.

Enfoque:

  • Todos los activos y edificios asignados en el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y acciones correctivas.

    Perfil:

    ● Profesional técnico en áreas mecánicas y eléctricas.

    ● Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés (no obligatorio).

    ● Experiencia previa como técnico de mantenimiento (4 años).

    ● Habilidades de lectura de diagramas hidráulicos, eléctricos y neumáticos.
