Army Installation Management Command Laborer (Special Events) NA-02 in Monterey, California

Summary This position is located at USAG Presidio of Monterey, CA. This announcement is open and continuous; closing 07/16/2024 or until the position is filled. Responsibilities Responsible for providing operational support to activities who provides support to customers in various scheduled events and functions. Performs duties alone or as a member of a work crew. Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage to actual setup of this furniture/equipment in accordance with established banquet/special event orders. Moves heavy items of furniture and office equipment as required for the applicable conference/meeting set up. Responsible for breakdown and proper storage of this equipment in an efficient and organized manner. Cleans latrines and interior of building as needed. Mows grass, and removes weeds. Trims, edges, and prunes shrubs and trees. Waters plants and cleans drainage ditches. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Three months of laboring experience required 2. Must have the ability to use, control, and clean tools and power equipment used 3.
