La montée en cadence des réparations et Shop Visits est un challenge important pour Safran
Aircraft Engines.
Le Centre de Formation Clients (CTC) va jouer un rôle essentiel dans la structuration des
écoles de formation et le plan de montée en compétence qui accompagne le Ramp-Up des
ateliers de réparation. C'est donc un maillon incontournable de cette dynamique. Cela induit
un réel changement de culture nécessitant de retravailler la manière dont sont dispensées les
formations en atelier afin de gagner en efficacité en s'appuyant sur le savoir-faire de nos
instructeurs.
Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons des instructeurs pour former les futurs instructeurs,
mécaniciens, inspecteurs des shops, des ateliers de réparation du réseau Safran Aircraft
Engines et ceux des clients ou des partenaires contractuels

The ramp-up in repairs and Shop Visits is a major challenge for Safran Aircraft Engines.
The Customer Training Center (CTC) will play an essential role in the set-up of our training
schools and the skill enhancement program that will accompany the ramp-up of repair
workshops. It is becoming an indispensable part of this dynamic strategy. This is bringing
about a culture change, which means we are changing the way our training workshops are
organized, to improve efficiency by capitalizing on the know-how of our instructors.
To this end, we are recruiting instructors to train future instruct
Job Requirements
Vous et vos atouts
Pour réaliser votre mission, vous devez avoir de solides connaissances et compétences dans
le fonctionnement des groupes turboréacteurs et dans la mise en oeuvre de leurs procédures
de maintenance. La connaissance de la documentation technique associée est demandée.
De bonnes qualités relationnelles et le sens du client sont indispensables dans vos missions
(de nombreux contacts avec les sociétés du groupe, les partenaires et les clients).
Etant donné l'environnement international de la société, votre anglais doit être parfaitement
maîtrisé.
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et vous avez le goût pour l'enseignement.

You and your strengths
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge and skills in the operation of
turbojet engines and the implementation of their maintenance procedures. Knowledge of the
associated technical documentation is required.
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude are indispensable to our missions
(numerous interactions with group companies, partners and customers).
And given the international environment our company works in, your English must be perfect.
You must be rigorous, independent, and eager to learn.
