Job Summary

Monitor, analyze and reconcile affiliate/intercompany accounts

Job Description

  • Record monthly affiliate journal entries for ledger close and topside entries for BPC consolidation

  • Monitor affiliate accounts in assigned billing systems

  • Prepare affiliate journal entries for BPC-consolidation

  • Reconcile affiliate transactions with Level 3

  • Record monthly affiliate interest in accordance with agreements/policies

  • Monitor affiliate bills for appropriate set up/account coding

  • Perform analytical procedures related to affiliate/intercompany accounts by reviewing transactions, documents, and reports for accuracy and completion

  • Prepare monthly entries to convert foreign affiliate debt to USD

  • Prepare Blackline account reconciliations

  • Work on special projects as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.




  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent certification.

  • Basic knowledge of GAAP.

  • Five years of Accounting experience

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional work ethic, including attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Proficient working knowledge of personal computers.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime on an as needed basis.

  • Excellent organizational skills


  • Certified Public Accountant or exhibiting progress toward obtaining CPA license.

  • Experience working with SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA, CCDW, Ensemble, BAM, BillTrakPro, Webfocus

  • Working knowledge of and prior experience with affiliate/intercompany transactions


Masters or Equivalent

Bachelors or Equivalent in Accounting or Finance
