Aerotek Maintenance Mechanic in Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Aerotek is hiring industrial mechanics!!!!!

Pay: 37 hr!

Description:

-Maintaining hydraulic systems, gearboxes, conveyor equipment, vibrating feeders, hammer mills, cranes, mechanical drives and assorted industrial equipment.

-Tools and equipment used are hand tools, measuring devices, power tools such as drill presses, saws, grinders, breaks, benders, shears, iron workers, pipe cutting and threading equipment, etc.

-Welding, burning and metal joining equipment, hoists, cranes, mobile equipment, test instruments, gauges, equipment ladders, scaffold, hand and power tools common to the trade.

-Read and work from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, instruction books, diagrams and other information and instructions. Fill out reports and other necessary paperwork.

-Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, assemble, inspect, test industrial equipment, machinery, structures and facilities. Install, inspect, maintain and repair piping systems, associated fixtures and equipment.

-Perform cutting, welding, brazing and soldering work with metal sheet and plate, including the necessary layout work.

-Operate cranes, mobile equipment, and erects and disassembles scaffolding in conjunction with repair work.
