Envirosmart, Inc. DBA ES Integrated Industrial Services Field Technician in Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Summary/Objective

EnviroSmart is seeking qualified Industrial Services Technicians to support the Industrial Services division in both Charleston and Florence areas of South Carolina. Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience performing duties such as, water blasting, vacuum services, and confined space work. Will cross train to assist in other field areas of the company. Performance is measured for Safety, Quality, and Value delivered to the project and company. Working conditions include outside work, extreme temperatures, noisy conditions, shift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability.

Essential Functions

  • Practice Safety, Quality, and Value for all industrial service-related project performance activities

  • Vacuum Equipment Operations

  • Operate large Industrial Cleaning Equipment and Vehicles

  • Pressure washing

  • Other industrial cleaning related activities

    Certifications/Training/ Licensure

  • 30 Hour OSHA (preferred but will train)

  • MSHA (required but will train)

  • Confined Space Entry (Required)

  • Class B CDL (Preferred)

  • 40-HR HAZWOPER (Preferred but will train)

  • Forklift Certified (Preferred but not required)

    Required Eligibility Qualifications

  • 1+ Years Management Experience in the Industrial Field

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records

  • Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license (Required)

  • Must be able to pass a background check

    Physical Demands

    Must be able to:

  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time

  • Able to physically control industrial hydro blasting and vacuum equipment

  • Able to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs) up and down multiple flights of stairs

  • Ability to work in varying (extreme) temperatures, depending upon season

  • Must complete all pre and post training including safety, new hire, and regulatory

    Hours of Work

  • Shift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability (varies by division and job)

  • Typical week will consist of Monday – Friday, 8-10 hours per day b (varies by division and job)

    Travel

  • Must have reliable transportation to be able to commute to job site each day.
