We have been improving oral health worldwide for more than a century. Are you ready to join the Manufacturing Engineering team that’s shaping the dental industry around the world? We are looking for a Process Engineer/Project Coordinator to join our team in Molndal.

You will work close to production, supporting our teams to implement and improve our processes to become even more automated and efficient, being the spider in the net for all projects that we have in our pipeline. We have a lot of interesting projects ahead and need someone that is both skilled in technology as well as in project coordination. As a Process Engineer/Project Coordinator you will play a key role in the work with strategical projects on our Manufacturing sites both in Gothenburg and globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production to meet both short-term and long-term production targets.

  • Carry out projects to improve existing processes-surface treatment, packaging, milling, additive manufacturing techniques, and other projects both locally and globally.

  • Coordinate all strategical projects for Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Technology.

  • Defining the scope of the projects and coordinate projects towards product, process and machine improvements.

  • Managing project resources.

  • Introduction of product changes.

  • Be responsible to implement investment projects of new machinery/ equipment.

Qualifications / Background:

  • A minimum of 5 years from working with manufacturing process and development within medical devices or related fields.

  • An academic background, preferably in Automation, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Experience from:

  • Working as Project Coordinator of process implementation and improvement projects.

  • Working with business cases.

  • Automated manufacturing processes, purchasing machines, developing and improving production processes.

  • Qualification/testing/process validation.

  • Packaging processes.

  • Working with technical specifications.

  • Balancing of production.

  • Good documentation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English.
