Controller

We are looking for a Controller with an eye for details, an interest in analysis and a passion for what we stand for. We are a company where you can make a real difference with our innovative solutions that provide patients with high quality products.

You have previous experience from complex business environments and tasks in Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting. Most likely, you have worked at an international company with matrix organization where you have been exposed to continuous improvement projects.

You will be responsible for monthly close process, forecasting and budgeting of our G&A Functions and Quality and Regulatory Function. You will interact with Senior Management as well as cost center responsible and collaborate frequently with our US Finance team and you will also be responsible to coordinate different Corporate requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage the Forecasting/Budget process

  • Business partnering to cost center responsible/senior leadership

  • Analyses of monthly result

  • Prepare Monthly Closing

  • Coordinate Lease Accounting

  • Insurance contact

  • Transfer Pricing processing

Background / Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent.

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strategic business mindset and very strong analytical capabilities.

  • Accounting background is an advantage.

  • Experience from multinational company with complex matrix reporting.

  • Good IT skills from larger business systems, preferably M3, SAP or similar.

  • Fluent in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
