ManpowerGroup Electrical Maintenance Technician in Moline, Illinois

Manpower has partnered with our manufacturing client in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician.

To provide on shift maintenance of electrical systems, utilizing knowledge of industrial electricity and PLCs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain and troubleshoot medium and low voltage control systems and power distribution

  • Repair and maintain all electrical equipment

  • Utilize PLC’s to diagnose problems related to plant equipment

  • Perform PM’s on area equipment

  • Implement software changes to improve processes

  • Install new equipment related to projects

  • Maintain plant building services, overhead lighting, heat trace circuits, 120/208V and 480V electrical distribution

  • Maintain and install equipment in 480 Volt 3 phase power distribution systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance on DC motors and low and medium voltage equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong electrical background

  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
