Salary: $22.00 hour

Schedule: 4x10 hour days (Sunday, Monday, Friday & Saturday). Must be flexible for any schedule changes. 3-6 months duration.

What’s a typical day as a Sr. Scheduler? You’ll be:

• Partnering with manufacturing and warehouse leaders regarding running lines and all staffing needs for the shift and supporting leaders in completing daily line ups.

• Identifying and communicating the need for overtime to the employee population; ensuring adequate scheduled manpower to meet overtime needs.

• Coordinating scheduling with operations; adjusting manning as appropriate.

• Completing shift summary using absence report.

• Coordinating training activities and supporting manufacturing in scheduling employees.

• Completing payroll spreadsheet indicating daily shift status and pay of hourly employees.

• Entering accurate timecard correction information into ADP for payroll processing.

• Conducting training to hourly and leaders on completion of vacation requests, absence forms, and timecard correction forms.

• Providing support to Human Resources and Plant Leaders regarding the daily and weekly payroll process for the union workforce.

• Completing safety glass order forms and providing them to hourly members.

• Tracking and submitting wine orders for journeymen and notifying them of receipt.

• Completing administrative duties as requested by customers.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in scheduling and coordinating staffing needs.

• Are proficient in using ADP for payroll processing.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
