CBRE GWS Enterprise account ricerca, per importante commessa, tecnici polivalenti che si occuperanno delle seguenti attivitòà:

  • Manutenzione ordinaria preventiva di tutti gli impianti elettrici in bassa tensione (trasformatori, cabine, quadri elettrici, impianti di illuminazione interna ed esterna)

  • Manutenzione controlli su impianti di raffreddamento (pulizia filtri, cambio cinghi, controllo del funzionamento dei gruppi frigo, della temperatura.)e riscaldamento centralizzati (impianti di grandi dimensioni), automazione, termoregolazione.

  • Manutenzione e controlli sulla parte idraulica/sanitaria (capire se funziona una pompa, perdita del rubinetto, conoscenze di primo intervento, capire se funziona l’impianto a livello idraulico)

  • Manutenzione programmata su impianti antincendio (estintori, porte REI)

  • Gestione interventi a guasto sulla stessa tipologia di impianti

  • Interventi di piccola edilizia civile (ripristini, tinteggiature, ecc)

  • Supervisione delle attività specialistiche dei sub-appaltatori

  • Gestione e consuntivazione attività mediante software gestionali di commessa

  • Verifica e ricerca guasti impianti

  • pianificazione delle verifiche di legge

  • elaborazione giornaliera di rapporti tecnici

  • gestione ordini di lavoro sia a canone che extra (work order)

  • Gestione piccolo cassa cantiere

  • Gestione di una richiesta ad hoc (preventivo, approvvigionamento materiale,svolgimento attività e contabilizzazione )

  • Quantificazione economica di una specifica attivita’

  • Conoscenza Impianti Elettrici

  • Conoscenza delle nozioni termotecniche

  • PES (preferibile)

  • FGAS (preferibile)

  • Pregressa esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo di manutentore
