CBRE GWS è alla ricerca di una risorsa da assumere come Handyman per un importante cliente sito a Modena.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Piccoli aggiustaggi

  • traslochi e movimentazione materiali

  • Supporto nel setup Eventi

  • Controlli visivi periodici e ripristini (es DPI, Medicinali, olii esausti, giro bacheche etc)

  • Manutenzioni ordinarie (pulizie caditoie, grondaie)

  • Supporto per attività con fornitori esterni

  • Manutenzione e spostamento di piccoli arredi (cassettiere di armadi, sistemazione scrivania)

Le candidature dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Almeno due anni di esperienza

  • Iniziativa e Proattività

  • Capacità di lavorare all’interno di un team
