Position Summary The Microsoft 365 (M365) Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall architecture and support of the Microsoft 365 environment. This role assesses, designs, and implements complex enterprise solutions that impact the entire organization. This role serves as the primary program manager for the M365 Digital Workplace and builds relationships and technology roadmaps between the ITS department and both clinical and business units. Location (e.g. remote or on-site): Remote DHS Background Study Required? No License/Certification/Registration: *Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundations v4 preferred. Education: *Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field of study required. Experience: *7+ years supporting Microsoft 365 or related Microsoft technologies in an environment of over 5,000 users. *Experience in building successful relationships and communicating with both technical and non-technical employees. *Proven analytical and problem-solving skills *Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment *Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning. *Ability to present ideas and concepts in business-friendly terms to end users to executives. The posted pay range represents rates for a grouping of multiple jobs within a salary grade. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.
