Production Equipment Technician Local manufacturing company with a focus on high quality, innovative products is looking to hire an experienced Equipment Production Technician to be the primary point of contact and resource for production operations and equipment maintenance and installation. They will also be responsible for assisting engineers in the documentation and improvement of all equipment and processes. If you're looking for a position with opportunities to grow, this is the job for you!Essential Job Responsibilities:-Provide support to the manufacturing team to develop and maintain technical specifications, compliance with regulatory requirements, production efficiency & maximization, and work methods.-Be familiar with common production processes and parameters and be comfortable with recommending and testing changes to process parameters as needed.-Use data acquisition utilities to troubleshoot and diagnose process failures.-Use electrical measurement devices to troubleshoot or validate machine performance.-Develop process recipes and standard procedures to ensure high part quality and process repeatability.-Work with production equipment manufacturers to improve, maintain, and/or modify systems as needed to suit production demand.-Train operators on best practices and maintain SOP/Work Instruction library.-Collaborate with third-party and internal R&D/engineering to improve processes.Why you want this position: -Starting wage: $25 - $30/hr.
