Partnership for Children (PFC) is dedicated to providing hope and support to children and families. We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Counselor in Missoula, Montana.

About Us: PFC works with families and children affected by trauma, poverty, and various social determinants of health such as food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of affordable childcare. Our trauma-informed approach focuses on understanding what happened to our clients, rather than what is wrong with them. By placing relationships at the heart of our treatment, we foster a sense of security, connection, and belonging for children and their families.

Position Overview:

As a Counselor, you will:

  • Work with youth ages 4-14.

  • Maintain a supportive group living environment.

  • Meet the individual needs of each client.

  • Ensure the program structure is upheld.

    This role is eligible for a paid Practicum.

    Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver's License
