Citigroup Senior Java Rules Engine Developer in Mississauga, Ontario
Citi TTS Client Onboarding technology is looking for a strong java technical specialist to join our organization as we grow and transform our Technology landscape. We are looking to enhance our digital technology solution which will change the way we operate and provide an undue advantage for our clients, be it our customers or our operational users and give them the best digital experience. This position will be responsible for the design and development of services and applications for a critical rule based engine and configuration system.
10-12 Years In-depth experience in Core-Java/J2EE, Spring Core/MVC, SpringBoot and Hibernate
Expert level knowledge and experience in developing SOAP/REST services utilizing industry standard frameworks like Apache CXF /Spring WS / Spring Boot
5+ Years of hands-on experience working on Drools or any Rules engine/writing such as RHDM/IBM ODM; experience integrating rules engines with an automated orchestration workflow is a huge plus
Hands on experience in writing/authoring rules (drl files, etc.)
SME in creating process flows within rules engine & usage of various type of business assets [Decision Tables, Guided tables, DRL etc].
Experience in test automation and automated rule simulation environment setup. Create automation frameworks and writing automation scripts for existing manual processes.
Experience in building and working in a highly agile, collaborative, innovative, flexible Desire and willingness to work in an Agile, collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
Setup processes which can create and manage decision tables & business rules dynamically. Manage and maintain the rules schema attributes.
Demonstrated experience in working with messaging technologies like MQ/Kafka will be an advantage
Demonstrated experience with developing large scale, high volume and high availability Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementations
Work with Product Management and Development Lead to define the scope and requirements
Work with Development Lead to effectively Design, Architect and plan the delivery of the proposed scope
