What to Expect:

An immersive sales training experience, a hands-on approach philosophy where we believe the best way to learn is by doing.

You will be exposed to various asset classes including Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment and discover the strength of CBRE’s platform and service lines.

To learn the ins and outs of prospecting and business development.

Assist local sales representatives and teams with research and marketing activities.

Involvement in projects to learn and understand the local area’s commercial real estate market.

Create marketing and presentation materials, including options packages, specialized reports, property location maps, etc.

Assist with the compilation of market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications.

To acquire your real estate license. You don’t require a real estate license as a Sales Trainee, but you will need it to advance your career beyond Sales Trainee and become a Real Estate Sales Representative/Broker.

What We Require You Have:

Post-secondary education, with recommendation for that degree to be focused in business or Real Estate.

We recommend prior customer service experience specifically in sales or experience having worked in the commercial real estate industry.
