About the Team

This role is in Governance & Adoption, part of Engineering and Architecture Practice in ICG. The mission of Governance and Adoption is to deliver digital products faster and better using best practice operating model and toolkit as well as drive adoption across +20,000 users across the firm.

About the Role

The Generative AI Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation from Technical SMEs, specialist, users, vendors and management to enable Generative AI capabilities and drive the roll-out and adoption of such products across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on management of Generative AI initiatives navigating regulatory compliance, company’s policy and Software Delivery Life Cycle process

  • Coordinate the in-depth review, and prioritisation of the use cases for Generative AI

  • Drive adoption throughout the product maturity

  • Implement established program management standards and framework in place

  • Manage stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to deliver the objectives

Characteristics

  • Hands-on, self-starter and results driven

  • Organised and able to influence cultural change

  • Ability to get into the detail whether to find better solutions or understand the product better

  • Able to work efficiently with virtual teams

  • Ability to build key work relationships at all levels and reach consensus despite differing goals and priorities at all levels

  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Excellent presentation skills

Experience

  • Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI or emerging technology

  • Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes which must be adhered to

  • Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile

  • Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA a must
