TEKsystems Authorization Coordinator in Mission Viejo, California

Job description:
-Working within the intervention Radiology Call Center.
-taking incoming calls from Dr's and insurance companies to assist with Authorizations.
-You will be expected to have a high level of proficiency with medical terminology.
-have an understanding of ICD 10 and CPT codes.
-Answering heavy phone volume.
Qualifications:
experience with authorizations
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with patients and staff.
High School or Equivalent
