Description du rôle

Très autonome et autodidacte, l’employé sera responsable de supporter tous types d’applications d’entreprises développées ou configurées à l’interne et d’aider à l’amélioration des applications et des systèmes manufacturiers.

  • Supporter la conversion de nos applications internes vers des technologies types C#, .Net, Java

  • Effectuer du développement de logiciel Web, client/serveur

  • Proposer des améliorations des systèmes déjà développés, les supporter et les convertir au besoin

  • Travailler avec notre équipe de Mirabel et des États-Unis afin de s’assurer en tout temps d’utiliser les technologies supportées par l’entreprise

  • Comprendre les requis de sécurité et travailler à développer les systèmes de façon adéquate et sécuritaire

Connaissances techniques

  • C#,WPF ASP, .Net,

  • SQL, PL/SQL, GIT

  • HTML, Javascript

  • Connaissance de base réseau

  • Connaissance de Citrix et ThingWorx seraient un atout

IT Support Analyst Manufacturing system and custom enterprise system

Role description

The employee will be responsible for supporting all types of business applications developed or configured internally and for helping to improve applications and manufacturing systems.

  • Support the conversion of our internal applications to technologies such as C#, .Net., Java

  • Do Web, client/server software development.

  • Improve systems already developed, support them and convert them as needed.

  • Work with our team in Mirabel and the United States to ensure that the technologies supported by the company are used at all times.

  • Understand the security requirements and work to develop the systems in an adequate and secure manner.

Technical knowledge

  • C#,WPF ASP, .Net,

  • SQL, PL/SQL, GIT

  • HTML, Javascript

  • Basic network knowledge

  • Knowledge of Citrix would be an asset

Qualifications

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en gestion des systèmes de l’information ou formation académique équivalente

  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience pertinente.

  • Bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais

  • Grande curiosité pour les différentes technologies.

  • Être axé sur les réalisations, la résolution de problèmes

  • Posséder un sens de l’organisation

  • Posséder des habiletés de communication

  • Avoir des habilités en gestion de projet

  • Être en mesure de bien comprendre les besoins du client

  • Travailler en équipe et être autonome

  • Être disponible pour faire du support sur appel en rotation avec ses collègues afin de supporter l’entreprise les soirs et week-end

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems management or equivalent academic training

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Good knowledge of French and English.

  • Great curiosity for different technologies.

  • Be goal oriented and problem solving.

  • Possess a sense of organization.

  • Possess great communication skills.

  • Have project management skills.

  • Be able to fully understand the client's needs.

  • Work in a team and be independent.

  • Be available for on-call support in rotation with colleagues to support the company on evenings and weekends.
