Join Our Team as a Director of Safety and lead our drive towards zero injuries.

As the Director of Safety at Precision Strip, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive safety culture among approximately 1,600 associates, across 15 locations, to achieve our goal of zero injuries. Collaborating with all levels and areas of the organization, you will spearhead initiatives and set goals that reinforce safety as a core value of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve key safety performance metrics.

  • Ensure that your team and all associates have the necessary resources and support to succeed in safety endeavors.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments across all plant processing and transportation locations to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to achieve long-term safety goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to capitalize on short- and long-term safety improvement opportunities.

  • Foster internal collaboration across the organization to elevate our safety culture and performance standards.
