Customer Service Representative We offer payday loans, check cashing, wire transfer, money order and bill payment services. Applicants must have a proven track record in customer service and cash handling. Must be reliable. Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and person interaction

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

  • Handle transactions in a confidential manner including any collection transactions
