Housekeeper Job Details: Hours - Part-time, 20 hours per week Pay Range - $17 - $18.50 / hour Location - 801 Carlson Pkwy, Minnetonka, MN 55305 - Amira Minnetonka Retirement Community Housekeeper Benefits: 401K Match Paid Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Tuition Discount Opportunities Housekeeper Job Objective(s): The Housekeeper is to keep assigned inside and outside common areas and available units of the property clean, orderly, and pleasant. Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property. Housekeeper Job Responsibilities: Tour property daily to assess and clean all areas to the standard cleanliness Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in Report any shortages, damages, or security issues Assist with grounds work (i.e., sweep sidewalks, water plants, snow removal, etc.) Maintain equipment in good condition Assist Property Management/Leasing office as requested Deliver exceptional customer service Housekeeper Qualifications: Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Customer Service oriented Great Lakes Management Company is an at-will employer; this job description is a guideline and does not constitute a written or implied employment contract.
