Ankura’s Data & Technology Practice includes client services in the areas of Analytics & Data Strategy, eDiscovery & Cyber Security . Our Data & Technology team helps our internal and external customers design, execute and test cutting edge solutions in each of our respective areas.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Architect in the Data Analytics & AI practice , you will provide solutions and collaboration regarding data technology, strategy , and architecture initiatives . This high-profile position is responsible for driving new solutions and subject matter expertise in Data & Technology solution architec ture. Th e arc hitect will be innovative and have a vision for a future state of how t o optimi ze data ecosystems.

This role is remote, located in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that our internal and external clients consider and are driving toward industry-leading data and tech nology enablement and leverage

  • Responsible for spearheading new data architecture solutions and technological enhancements to support data-driven capabilities working closely with practice leaders

  • Responsible for innovating and enhancing the D&T business group technological capabilities and offerings

  • Providing guidance and oversight for solution development from design through implementation

  • Working with practice architects/consultants to ensure the integration of new technologies and tech nology delivery processes in order to realize success

  • Participating in solution and project delivery to include managing teams that are responsible for client solutions, delivery, and support

  • Provide d ata, architecture, and technology s ubject m atter e xpertise for all practice technologies and systems

  • Ongoing responsibilities to partner with practice leadership to drive revenue and present cutting-edge solutions to clients

    Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • 10+ years of experience in data platform architecture, data engineering, cloud technologies, master data management , and modern data practices

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services

  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple architecture domains and various technologies

  • Experience driving new technology solutions that result in more business opportunities

  • Proficiency in problem recognition and solving skills, possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the initiative to learn more advanced technology and design concepts

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through completion

  • Ability to travel 25%+ or as needed, dependent upon engagement(s) ​

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, or New York, Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the said markets and considers a broad range of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The range does not include additional benefits outside of salary. At Ankura, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is between $110,000 to $240,000; this range is not a promise of a particular wage.
