Direct Support Professional II Schedule / Availability:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Shifts are assigned within this time frame

Compensation: $17.75 per hour

If this employee is able to give 50 hours of availability, they will be given a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend

*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

In this roll you’ll be making a difference by:

  • Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares

  • Train new staff

  • Administering medications

  • Cooking and housework

  • Provide constant supervision

  • Transportation to appointments and community events

    To be considered for position with us, you must:

  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle

  • Hold an acceptable driving record

  • Possess strong written and verbal English skills

  • Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)

  • Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check

  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities 

  • Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka and Washington County

    This full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
