THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the CMO, the VP Field and Channel Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of our growing regional, industry and channel marketing programs. You will work closely with our channel partners and go-to-market leaders to create demand either for or in conjunction with partners, build segment and channel marketing plans, monitor and measure performance, and enable our regional sales teams and national partners to sell more successfully. Leading a growing team of six field, event and channel marketers, you will work closely with the other members of the marketing leadership, including product and portfolio marketing, digital marketing and marketing operations, corporate and brand marketing, and customer marketing WHAT YOU LL BE DOING: Develop and manage scalable channel marketing strategies and programs that drive engagement with marketing and the right partners and align with revenue plans, portfolio strategy and growth goals Align with the channel sales leader to develop programs, plans, processes and activities to achieve common channel goals Create demand marketing strategies for channel partners that increase demand and accelerate conversions Drive measurement of ROI for channel marketing spend, incentives, programs and activities. Establish the best metrics for measuring performance Design best-in-class partner programs; optimize existing partner programs to maximize investment and profitability Increase productivity and adoption of our security product by building partner enablement with our ecosystem partners Develop channel awareness, partner education/engagement, channel demand generation, partner readiness and enablement, in partnership with our sales enablement team. Lead the development of vertical marketing programs, aligned to our global campaigns, and promote these tracks to new or existing channel partners Lead the development effective marketing and sales collateral using both internal and agency resources for use in campaigns Manage the end-to-end market development funds (MDF) process including proposal management, review, acceptance/rejection and proof of performance WHAT YOU BRING: 15 or more years marketing experience in cyber security/B2B tech, preferably in channel and partnerships Leadership comes naturally and you have a history of building high performing teams Highly collaborative, with demonstrated experience in partnering with executive leadership (CEO, CHRO, General Counsel) and other marketing leaders Management of budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiency Leadership experience in defining key success metrics (OKRs, KPIs), monitoring performance and prioritizing resources to achieve and exceed targets.
