This includes culture of primary mouse cells and cell lines, RNA and protein extraction from cells and mouse tissues, qPCR, western blotting and immune-staining techniques using various tissue samples from naturally aged and progeroid mouse models at different age stages to study the role of cellular senescence in tissue fibrosis. 10% Organization: Help researchers in the lab with organization tasks such as sample storage and retrieval, reagent/supplies inventory. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Restrictions: The position is restricted to students admitted to an undergraduate degree program at college or University in the State of Minnesota. Students must be registered and maintain the minimum number of required credits. Once a bachelor's degree is earned, the person becomes ineligible for this position.
