Overview

Position Summary Details

The Traffic Director is responsible for assisting customers by directing traffic at a school parking facility.

Essential Functions

  • Safely and professionally directs guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions. Manage traffic control, and redirect vehicles to park in the appropriate areas.

  • Maintains safety standards to ensure team and guest safety.

  • Provides information including parking locations and assists visitors in a cheerful and helpful manner

Responsibilities

  • Stands at an assigned location and waves vehicles in the desired location

  • Keeps the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely according to the site plan

  • Safely assists in set up of parking flow using cones, barricades and other equipment

  • Cleans and maintains show quality standards in garages and surrounding areas reporting any concerns with supporting details

  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • One year of similar experience preferred

  • Possess valid driver’s license

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
