ASM Global Ticket Seller in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to process single ticket sales for various events at Target Center. This position will also work Will Call and customer service windows during events, as well as perform any other related ticketing duties. Ticket sellers are expected to maintain accuracy when handling all financial and ticketing transactions. Duties and Responsibilities Process single ticket sales and distribute. Process and distribute Will Call tickets for events. Resolve AXS Mobile Delivery issues and answer AXS related customer questions using web-based administrative program. Provide information to patrons concerning performances and ticketing policies. Answer the general Ticketing phone line and provide customer support to guests calling in with questions. Provide support to managers, administrators, and supervisors as needed within the Box Office. Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience, including box office or ticketing systems. Prior cash handling experience; able to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and other payment methods. Understand or able to learn basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Previous Box Office experience Additional Comments This is a part time position based on the Target Center events calendar. Hours of work can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
