Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the development of an enterprise software solution for crew meal selections, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. Key Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role - Familiarity with software development processes - Proficient knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, as well as other Agile frameworks - Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities - Outstanding organizational skills and a servant leadership mindset - Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Scrum Master certification is a plus Responsibilities: - Manage project scope and timeline, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups - Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration - Serve as the point of contact for external communications, working closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, helping teams implement changes effectively - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, guiding development teams to higher Scrum maturity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization - Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria - Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders - Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology - Define and execute go-to-market plan, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
