In this position you will:
Manage document productions and reviews
Discovery requests and responses
Provide in-trial support
Participate in case assessment
5+ years of IP Litigation experience, preferred
Proficiency with Relativity or other, similar eDiscovery platform
Ability to work in-office at least 3-2 days/week
Bachelors Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
