Manage and ensure delivery of ongoing business commitments, including BAU technology changes, legal and regulatory matters, and strategic business planning and execution for the Premier Retirement Income Service Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee efficient change management including GCO deliverables (ADV, client agreement), collaboration with risk management partners, and operational readiness. Ensure quality assurance has been completed by business for technology releases. Conduct business problem analysis pertaining to system issues as they arise. Track growth/sales opportunities, planned tests, results, and actions. Product management activities including backlog refinement, roadmap development, benefits quantification. Support business owner in annual planning activities. Continue refinement of target operating model (people, process, technology, data) Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally working within the financial services sector Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to produce effective recommendations to senior management.
