In this job, you will:

  • Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews manpower requirements. Analyzes effects of contract change such as growth, new work, delays, disruptions and other project impacts. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

  • Integrating the schedules at the activity, location, system, and milestone levels

  • Provide analytical scenario briefings to executive teams sometimes multiple times per week by verbal, charting, graphs, and other means

  • Experienced in Earned Value Management and generates, maintains, monitors, analyzes & submits reports as required

  • Provides solicitation planning and scheduling analysis to Project Teams and Management to ensure completion within the schedule contract requirements

  • Perform as an Execution Scheduler as required or when the Scheduling Team workload need arises

  • Provides data to the Team indicating schedule impacts or possible issues that may arise to the Project Team

  • Attends, assists, and collects data in meetings such as Production Progress, and Conference Reviews

  • Responsible to maintain and provide historical data for Schedules, Milestones, Metrics, Charts, and identified issues

  • Team oriented; works well with others and has the ability to fluctuate working hours of self and personal workload to satisfactorily complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail and at times short notice

  • Able to accomplish other duties, as required, to support the BAE business function and direction

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience. Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Scheduling software such as Open Plan, Primavera or MS Project

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree and 5 years of directly related experience in areas scheduling and Earned Value Management.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $76450 - $130020

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
